Trust Launch Night
Saturday, 09 August 2008

Saturday 2nd August saw the Elgin City Supporters Trust launced officially. The night was a great sucess with more than 40 invited guests and members attending. Among those invited were Richard Lockhead MSP, and two local councillors, John Divers and Graham Leadbitter. Mr Lockhead was presented with his membership card and share certificate, and spoke of his delight in being asked to join the Trust.

The night was also a sucess with the recruiting of 9 new members, which takes our total to 60. With a determined recruitment drive over the next few weeks I am confident that we can push towards the 100 mark.

I would like to extend my thanks to my fellow Board members for their hard work in making sure that this event was well supported and enjoyed by all those who attended. I would also like to thank everyone who turned up on the night and hope that you can continue to support the Trust in all that we do.

Once again many thanks to everyone involved.

Regards

Andy Crerar
